DISCLAIMER!
Our body creams and scrubs are natural (no synthetic ingredient or synthetic waxes are added), so they may soften/melt in transit to you, especially in warmer months. It will not affect the quality of the product.
Please recognize we have no control over shipment/weather conditions. Body Creams are sensitive to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) and best stored in a cool, dry place.
If your product melts, please place in fridge for about an hour and gently stir to restore back to original form. Note, however, the whipped creams fluffy consistency will be changed, but the cream will retain its moisturizing properties.
Also, because these creams are natural/organic, there might be differences in consistency, color and smell. Each item is handcrafted in small batches with love and has a shelf life of 1 year or so.
We are not responsible for lost, damage or stolen products once delivered.
If package is delivered damage due to carrier, please notify us promptly.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer a refund neither take products back.
